Mercedes-Benz is popular with Chinese locals. Our team manages WeChat Official accounts on behalf of various dealerships in the Lower Mainland, writing and posting high quality, graphically appealing content of interest to their followers, and also providing customer service in Chinese. Each month we typically deliver several strong sales leads to the team.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, dealerships are closed so we help them reach out to existing and prospective customers by hosting Chinese webinars on Zoom, which we promote on various Chinese media outlets. We also recently held Thanksgiving prize draws that resulted in significant increases in WeChat followers in just two weeks.

It is estimated that approximately 400,000 people in the Metro Vancouver region speak Mandarin or Cantonese, so it makes sense for retailers to ensure their marketing efforts are diverse and targeted. We are pleased to support Mercedes-Benz dealerships in making connections with the Chinese community.
